Brittany Cartwright is a driven individual who strives to become a better person daily. As Palm Beach North Chamber’s Director of Membership Development, Brittany’s primary role is to direct, guide, execute and oversee member and investor engagement, including related marketing strategy and business initiatives for the Palm Beach North Chamber. Brittany is directly responsible for leading and driving member program development and engagement plans, related marketing strategy and messaging, investor relations programs, accounts receivable and investor fulfillment, customer service and database management.

Brittany’s career really started with her internship at the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce (then known as the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce), in 2013, and her innate ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities brought her right back to it. Relationship-building comes second nature to Brittany. Brittany is currently Co-Chair of the Leadership Palm Beach County’s FOCUS program, Co-Chair of Tourism & Transportation Day of the ENGAGE program and on the Recruitment Committee. Brittany is the Education & Training Chair and Board Member for the Super Team of NPI (Network Professionals International) as well as a member of YES! Palm Beaches (Young Executives For Success). Brittany is a graduate of Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). A true Floridian, Brittany loves to be on the water, whether that’s: fishing; kayaking; Stand Up Paddleboarding; or snorkeling. She also loves to hike, golf, attend performances of the arts, read historical or self-development books and can out-shoot any man on the range.

Born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Brittany has a passion for promoting her home region. Brittany’s biggest desire, however, is to travel the world. She believes that as a wanderer, you can truly understand others by learning about different cultures and ways of life. Brittany aims to explore as often as she can, both internationally and locally.
